Semi furnished room to rent (bed include), we are looking for 3 person who needs a private room in the house. Our house is 5 minutes to Walmart, 10 minutes to Sierra Vista and Target, 10 minutes to Fresno State, and 5 minute access to freeway 168. The house have 5 bed room and 2 bed room already occupied by a couple and working person. There is 2 bathrooms, 1 is inside the master bedroom which is occupied by the couple, and 1 bathroom will be shared with all 4 other rooms. You can use the kitchen ware to cook and we also have stove outside to cook. Parking is for free at the premises.
The couple living in the property is Indonesian couple who has son who live in the other room. They are very friendly and love to cook Indonesian food. They are very clean in terms of house and very helpful. They would preferably someone who are clean, neat and tidy especially in shared living area.
