House has 5 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with bathroom inside (not available since my father is there), 1 bedroom is empty for my family to visit from time to time (not available), 2 bedroom and 1 big room near exit door is available for rent, and 1 share bathroom. each room is single occupancy room so you will have a private room for yourself. Both housemates will share bathroom.
RENT: $800 for a 6-month lease or $850 for month-to-month. Utilities will be split evenly. Provided: internet, laundry machine, dryer, and all kitchen set can be use for cooking. Parking is available at the curb and infront of the house
Our Place is 5 min to Dennis, Sierra Vista Mall and Coscto, 15 min to Fresno State and 168 Freeway. We are looking for someone who is working or studying.
IMPORTANT INFO:
*Single occupancy only *Must work outside of home BUT willing to negotiate if you work remotely on a part-time basis. *No random or consistent overnight guests (for comfort and safety). *Peaceful and quiet environment. *Not a house-party place. *No Pets. *No Weeds and smoke in the house.
You will have full access to common areas (kitchen, living room, and laundry).
Initial payment prior to moving in: *first month’s rent *$800 refundable security deposit *$150 non-refundable cleaning fee

About the roomies
about roomies: My father and mother is currently living in the master bedroom. They are Indonesian and they like to cook and share Indonesian food to the guest. They are Christian by heart and love to mingle with others. Their English not that good, but they can communicate in daily basis in English. We respect privacy of our guest and looking forward to have a room mates in the house.
