I live at Sun Lakes Country Club in Banning. You’d have to see it to believe it. It has so many clubs has three pools ones inside. We have tennis 2 18 hole golf courses , racquetball, and more ! You only have to be 45 to live here with someone 55 or over so again you don’t have to be 55 as long as you’re 45 ! The room has a separate entry from the garage, your bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house from the master bedroom and bathroom ! I live in a great neighborhood. You can see the mountains from the front of the house. It’s a quiet street. It’s like a big cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic and of course you have a space in the garage. You have access to everything in the house even the barbecue on the patio. I have a big ice chest out there to keep drinks. It’s not just a room. It’s a whole house. The kitchen is yours I don’t cook and I have a big kitchen and a dining room and another dining room in the front room area ! There’s lots of living space ! One of the features that I forgot is we have our own restaurant and sandwich. We have the lounge where they serve drinks and appetizers. Music every Friday and Saturday night is part of living here and have special occasions all the time ! It’s close to the 10 freeway and San Gorgonio Hospital is right down the street ! We have new shopping everything you can think of In-N-Out, Kohl’s we have a movie theater, Hawaiian barbecue, ultra so many to name !
I’m the only one that lives here with my little dog Charlie he’s only a year old. He loves everybody you will fall in love with him instantly. I prefer someone without another dog sorry but hes spoiled !
