I live in a country club called Sun Lakes in Beaumont/ Banning. If you live here you have access to the clubhouses which we have three we have three pools ones inside. You have access to two golf courses 18 holes You have access to a restaurant to a lounge which serves food and drinks ! The room has a separate entrance, your own bedroom your own bathroom. No one else is in that area. The other bedroom is on the other side of the house. It’s a beautiful place to live. There are so many clubs you can join. I can’t even name them all. We have volleyball, racquetball, and bocce ball You can’t get bored here ! You have to be at least 45 to live here with a resident that is 55 and over !

I live in my house with my dog Charlie no one else lives here. You can see the mountains from the front of my house. I have a large backyard. A beautiful patio, where you can barbecue and a table to sit out to eat your food? It has a carpet and it’s very spacious like another room! My dog Charlie won’t bother you. He’s gated off from your hall to your bedroom. He gated off and I keep him in the kitchen dining room area or in the TV room He’s not allowed to wander through the house The only time he barks if someone’s at the door !. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you choose !
