Furnished or Unfurnished large 5 bedroom home in a beautiful, large home on a corner lot, MINUTES from UWF, with 2 shared bathrooms, shared kitchen and living spaces, laundry room on site and a HUGE POOL in the backyard. Also a large front porch and large screened in back porch.
This room is upstairs on the second floor of the home.
$800 rent per month will include pool svc, landscape maintenance, internet, water and trash services. Electric bill will be split five ways, monthly and runs $50-$100.
Furniture and bedding will be removed by the Landlord if you prefer to use your own.
One pet will be considered and upon acceptance, charged a one time $150 deposit and an additional $35 per month rent.
