Furnished or Unfurnished large bedroom in a large executive home on a corner lot, MINUTES from UWF, with 2 shared bathrooms, shared kitchen with two refrigerators, multiple living spaces, laundry room on site and a HUGE POOL in the backyard. Also a large front porch and large screened in back porch.

$900 rent per month will include pool svc, landscape maintenance, internet, water and trash services. Electric bill is split equally among all tenants, monthly and typically runs $50-$100.

Any of the furniture or decor will be removed by the homeowner if you prefer to use your own.

We have two back porch cats, NO OCCUPANT PETS PERMITTED.
