$800 rent per month will include pool svc, landscape maintenance, internet, water and trash services. Electric bill will be split five ways, monthly and should run $50-$70.
The furniture and bedding will be removed by the Landlord if you prefer to use your own.
One pet will be considered and upon acceptance, charged a one time $150 deposit and an additional $35 per month rent.
