Cozy 3 bdrm 2 bath house (1327 sq.ft) with a private furnished room (full size bed) just off the front entrance. The garage is part art studio. Near the Zia Rail Runner station and Ragle park. This is a drug/smoke-free/vape-free environment. I don’t drink alcohol and prefer no alcohol in the house (You do not need to be living a sober life, but my home is a sanctuary and free of intoxicants).
The full bathroom is down the hallway and occasionally used by guests and when my daughter is home. The house is fully furnished, washer/dryer, Heating and Air conditioning, on street parking with ample space, enclosed yard, and secure gated entrance. We love dogs, but they need to be chill (no puppies) and approved by the landlord (may be extra security deposit).

I’m a mental health professional and work hybrid virtually from home and community based. My awesome nine year old daughter lives with me part-time. We are a good balance of chill and fun. We respect peoples privacy and boundaries and strive for healthy communication. Open to sharing meals, watching movies, and hanging out if and when that aligns. I like to play vinyl, make art, meditate, be in nature, walk/hike/snowshoe, and read.
