Private room with a Queen platform bed. Has 3 pull out drawers under the bed for storage. Large closet in room and room for a dresser if needed. A TV can easily be mounted to the wall and there is Wi-Fi, with Roku already in the home, this room just needs a TV. You’ll have full use of the common areas and yard, which has a great view of the Airport, so you can watch the planes take off and land. Utilities are split and paid evenly by each roommate, no matter how many. Each person buys their own food, toiletries and household supplies. All household items, such as dishes, cookware and appliances are provided in the home and available for use by all roommates. If the listing is active, then the room is available.
I am a female Nurse, and work a lot. There is also another Male roommate in the home, a pilot student, who is also not home very much. He will be moving out sometime over the summer when his schooling is finished. The shared bathroom will be with him until he moves out and then possibly with a new roommate. It would be ideal to find another career-oriented individual for a long-term roommate.
