It is a shared bath with all utilities included. You’ll have full use of the common areas and yard, which has a great view of the Airport and a seating area, so you can watch the planes take off and land. Each person buys their own food, toiletries and cleaning supplies. All household items, such as dishes, cookware and appliances are provided in the home and available for use by all roommates.
