Cozy townhouse in a cozy neighborhood near John’s Hopkins Medical Campus in the neighborhood of Ellwood Park. We have a coffee station where we supply coffee and a space with desk and printer for use. You will have access to a few in home work out items too.
The space for rent is a cozy bedroom with a shared bathroom on the upper level.
Bathroom tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are provided. Linens and towels are provided as well.
We have biweekly housecleaning to clean bathrooms and common areas. Your space can be cleaned on cleaning days at your request too.
The current roomies are easy-going and communicative. Very tidy of common areas like the main floor and kitchen and mindful of one another.
The roomie you will be sharing a bathroom with is a female Psychology student at a local university who has work and school in the days. The other house guest is a pharmacy student who teleworks and stays in the basement suite. The maximum roomies for the home is 3.
