Cozy townhouse in a charming neighborhood near John’s Hopkins Medical Campus in the neighborhood of Ellwood Park. We have a coffee station where we supply coffee and a home office space with desk and printer for use too. You will have access to a few in home work out items as well

The space for rent is our cozy studio basement with a private bathroom and a storage room to hold more of your things. It has a direct entrance that can be used on your move in day.

Bathroom tissue, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are provided. Linens and towels are provided as well.

We have monthly housecleaning to clean shared bathrooms and common areas. Your space can be cleaned on cleaning days at your request for a $25 fee too.

The house laundry area is also in the back part of basement, but laundry schedules are set in coordination with the basement roomie (no overnight loads to disturb your sleep). A privacy curtain or divider to close off the space will be added before move in to keep privacy when others are allowed down to wash clothes.

The roomies are easy to get along with. Very tidy of living spaces.

We have 1 longer term tenant that is a Psychology student at a local university and another who is a medical professional familiar with recreation in the area. They both occupy bedrooms on the upper level of the property.
