4 bedroom/3 bathroom Two story home located in Dunes West on a quiet street. Home is fully furnished (except available bedroom) and kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. Wood and tile floors throughout the 1st floor. Sunroom is furnished along with ceiling fan. Large backyard features a grill, fire pit table with seating for 6 and a large umbrella for shade. Lots of room for games.

Not a stick in the mud older women. I will cook dinner usually on my days off but will not clean up after you, not the mom of the house😆.

Stays to himself mostly but we have enjoyed dinners together with current roommate who is moving and watching movies.
My roommate that is moving ( male 26 yrs old) is also my landlord. He is leaving the Coast Guard and moving to Texas.
We have all enjoyed parties at the house in the summer and holiday dinners as a house with my family. We have become close and would love someone who would like to continue the tradition or make some new ones.
