About the room
Located in Palmetto Hall subdivision in Dunes West. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with fully equipped living room, kitchen and laundry. The backyard has a grill and a fire pit table with seating for 6 as well as a screened in porch with furniture. Close to grocery stores ( Harris Teeter 4 mins and Lowe’s 5 minutes) and Costco 11 minutes. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever works. The bathroom will be primarily the tenants, unless there is company at the house. Fourth bedroom will remain open.
