About the Space
We’re looking for new housemates to join our queer and trans affirming household in Denver’s Capitol Hill/Congress park neighborhood. This is a safe, creative space built on mutual respect and community care.
We’re currently structured as affordable rental housing, and we’re actively working toward a cooperative model with shared equity. It’s a long-term vision we’re building together, one step at a time.

Sun-drenched 2nd-floor room with two large windows and street views—beautiful natural light, perfect for writing, reading, or recharging
The House
Shared spaces: •Living room, dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher •Front porch, back patio, backyard garden •Washer/Dryer • bathrooms

Note: There’s currently one dog, so we’re not accepting more pets currently. This may change in a couple of months as the cat’s owner is moving out.

Folks interested in costewarding a new Co-ops’ social fabric, cohesion, and systems.
•Queer, trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive folks (BIPOC especially encouraged)
•People committed to affordable housing and community living
•Respectful communicators who show up to house meetings
•Folks interested in stewarding our garden, creative spaces, and shared kitchen
•Humans who understand that living in community takes intention and accountability

•Prefer living independently without shared responsibilities
•Aren’t available for regular house communication and meetings
•Need a space that’s fully pet-friendly right now

We are a queer coop in the early organizing stages of shifting from an “affordable housing project” with landlord to a shared equity model. We are looking for roommates with a long term interest in developing this project.
