In Queer/Trans home, Cap Hill area, right off Colfax and York.

As I will be on vacation, I am offering this room below the monthly rental cost to me. The caveat to this is I will ask you to feed my fish while you are there so my roommate doesn’t have to come into the room. 2nd floor, back side of house.

Feel free to contact me about any amount of stay starting Feb 20th. Not interested If you are not comfortable in community with queer people as this is a community home with 4 other roommates.

Other rooms in the house are open to long term rental to those interested in pursuing a living community, DM for info (~750 or 650$ depending on room size)

About the Space

We’re looking for new housemates to join our queer and trans affirming household in Denver’s Capitol Hill/Congress park neighborhood. This is a safe, creative space built on mutual respect and community care.

We’re currently structured as affordable rental housing, and we’re actively working toward a cooperative model with shared equity. It’s a long-term vision we’re building together, one step at a time.
