I value a clean and respectful environment over getting high rent for the room, since this is very important in a shared space, this is why I keep the rent this low.
The room is large, sunny, quiet, has high ceiling, it has recessed lighting, hardwood floors with dimmable-lighting. Even a brand new rug for the winter.
Our apartment is quite spacious (full floor, split entrance duplex), airy, and sunny with a skylight so there is plenty of privacy for everyone.

The apartment is modern and clean with a modern bathroom super hot water and great water pressure.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, exposed brick walls, dishwasher, built-in microwave, disposal even dimmable lighting. We only use the kitchen for basic stuff, do not use it for hours at a time.
Everyone in the building is very quiet… no loud music or parties in the building. Building is non-smoking.
We have a limited guest-policy since we don’t want people who don’t live here to use the kitchen or the common areas. OK to have guests as long as everyone is OK with this!
Located along Columbia Road an close to public transport (commuter line) + buses and tons of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
REQUIRED to move-in good credit (or at least not bad credit) + First Month, Last Month and $500 security deposit.
ABOUT THE LOCATION: Walking distance from Stop and Shop, World Market Basket, Bank of America, Dollar Stores, post office, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS pharmacy and many other stores and restaurants + 10 minutes away from Franklin Park and 30-minute walk to South Bay center (10-minute drive) where have Target, Best Buy, Panera, and tons of other stores and restaurants. The walk to South Bay is along Columbia Road great for a daily walk. All in all, just a perfect location within walking distance of great commercial spaces and amazing natural spots (Franklin Park is nothing short than spectacular). Franklin Park has immense green areas, trees and even trails and a golf club. For those who do not know this park it will be a great discovery.
NEARBY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There are tons of buses stopping right at the corner on Colombia road, and down the street as well towards Blue Hill Ave. Also, there is a commuter rail stop 5-minute walk from here “Four Corners/Geneva.” Street parking is plenty, free, does not require a permit.
We are calm and clean professional (one student) females. Don’t smoke, don’t have any pets and don’t have parties. Just very chill. We keep very good care of this apartment as we are getting a great deal. Looking for fill one room. flexible move-in date. Rooms are huge and have a beautiful view of a park (trees).
