APARTMENT: The apartment is a very large full floor unit, AIRY, and SUNNY with plenty of PRIVACY for everyone.

Everyone in the building is very quiet… no loud music or parties in the building. In general, a very calm and relaxing environment.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a view of trees and sky. The room is large, bright, quiet, has high ceiling, dimmable recessed lighting, hardwood floors and exposed BRICKS. Even has a brand new rug for the winter.

LIVING ROOM 1: One small living room with two big chairs and a coffee table, good for lounging and reading

LIVING ROOM 2 (MAIN): Main living room is huge, has exposed brick walls, dimmable lighting. Living room has a dining area with a table and a lounging area with two big chairs and a coffee table facing the windows. Beautifully furnished, bright and airy.

KITCHEN: Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, butcher-block countertops and over-the-range microwave. Open kitchen is part of the living room and has a butcher-block bar that divides the kitchen from the living room.

BATHROOM: Nice clean bathroom, modern, has a washer and dryer in it.

RENT: The rent INCLUDES heat, hot water, electricity+ free use of washer and dryer. NO ADDITIONAL PAYMENT NEEDED FOR INTERNET AND UTILITIES

TERMS: Minimum rent period is 12 months. Required to move in: first month rent + last month rent + $500 security deposit. Decent credit required. Bad credit is not accepted here.
