Hi! This room will be private for the summer, but then I will be moving back in in the fall (August) - if you’re willing to share a room, you can absolutely stay, and your rent will be reduced. Then, I will be moving out in May and the room will be private again! The house is 3 stories, 2,053 sqft, and very central - under a minute walk to Mugs at the Oval. Photos include the room and common spaces. There are two closets in the room. Utilities are not included in the $475 but are not too expensive (and will be split among five people). The living room will be furnished; you do need to get your own mattress/bed frame. Smoking only allowed outside. Message me with any questions or tour requests! Amenities:
