Need a room for the summer? We need a summer renter! Will be available starting early-mid May until August (message me to discuss the exact dates you’re needing, we can be flexible). The price of rent is for the one room, which will be furnished or empty, depending on what you need.

The house is 3 stories, 2,053 sqft, and very central - very close to Mugs at the Oval. Photos include the room and common spaces. There are two closets in the room, and there will be three roommates (all female CSU students) in the house plus you (over the summer, roommates will be in and out of town, some/all may not be there much at all). Utilities add about $30 per person each month, but that’s when we’re all home and using things (so will likely be a lot less over the summer).
