Property is very clean and all recently remodeled. Very centrally located being within walking distance of many shopping and dining choices and the beaches only 1.25 miles away. Home has a roomy kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and laundry within the unit. There is a pool and hot tub available for use and a very large yard as well as plenty of parking. The room does have a queen, storage type bed(drawers underneath, dresser, mirror, night stands and a 43“ smart TV as well as lots of closet space (two regular sized 6’ wide closets. The bathroom pictured would be the shared bath with a 30 something female roommate.
A 40+ auto technician (wraps cars); He rents the master bedroom. He is a super nice guy, keeps to himself, very clean and very considerate. Has been a model tenant. Also, a 60’s something, man who does administrative work from home. Very amiable, gets along with everyone. I have the common areas cleaned every two weeks including the shared bathroom.
