About the room

Clean and recently remodeled single room within a 2 BR in-law-suite. Laundry in unit, plenty of parking and very centrally located, just a block off of U.S. 41 N. Access to pool and hot tub. Large back door patio. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. 1.5 miles to the beach.

About the roomies

Existing roommate is an active 70+ year old woman who is a care taker for an ill client so she is gone daily from approximately 9 to 5. She is a spanish lady but speaks English as well. She is very quiet and very clean. Have rented to her for over 10 years in a different location. The unit houses only 1 other person. I do not live in the home. I actually live in a separate home next door.
