The unit is in a Tri-plex just north of downtown Napa (7 min walk). The unit is fully furnished aside from the bedroom. There are 1.5 bathrooms in the unit. There is a washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heating is built into the 1st story, while only heating is built into the 2nd story. You would need to provide your own portable air conditioning unit for your 2nd story bedroom. There is a garage that has ample space for storage of excess personal belongings.
I am a 30 year old wine industry professional. I am definitely a mix of introvert and extrovert. In my free time I enjoy golf (current obsession), running, mountain biking, quality wine and great food. I am very clean, so it is important that whoever is interested in renting the unit is also respectful of the common spaces and cleaning up after themselves.
