Hello! My name is Ben, and I’m currently looking for a room in San Francisco because I recently accepted a position with Construction General Contractor. I’ll be working out of their San Francisco office, so I’m hoping to move closer to make the commute more manageable (I’m currently living in Napa) and to get more established in the city. A little about me — I’m 31 years old and come from a professional background in ultra-premium winemaking. I’m now transitioning into construction management, which I’m really excited about. I’m responsible, very clean, easygoing, and pretty focused on work during the week. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, mountain biking, running, wine, and exploring new places around the Bay Area. Financially, I’m very stable and have a 770 credit score along with reliable income. I take paying rent on time and being respectful of shared spaces seriously.
