Hello! Looking for a third female roommate to join my friend and I on a 1 year lease for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. Lease starts June 23 and rent for the available room is $1033 a month. All utilities are included except internet; internet is $26.66 per person monthly. There is laundry in the basement, and driveway parking. Pets are prohibited in the lease.
