My friend and I are female students in our 20’s looking for a third roommate to join us in 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment, north of White Plains, starting Aug 16. 🏡 Rent for the room is $1225 including all utilities except for internet. The room has its own half bath and 2 closets. There is driveway parking, laundry in unit, and a spacious basement storage area. My roommate and I do not party, smoke, vape, do cannabis, nor do we have pets, and are looking for someone similar to join us. We want to build a respectful and communicative home where everyone pitches in with chores and guests are discussed beforehand.
