I really dont like sending pictures of my places (so if your window shopping you may not be happy with my ad lol) but you can preview them/or whats available, and go over the roommate rental agreement too all before exchanging any money. I do own the building and live here and extremely easy to get along with. Its not a party pad and we dont hang out together .Everyone loves there privacy. Im a single guy with no local family so my friends and roomies are basically family to me.. Very quiet and secure building in the True 5 block square area of downtown St Petersburg. Everyone loves living here because theres no in and out traffic and were all introverts and no one hangs out together so if your a person who always has to have someone entertaining you you will not like it here. We all do party but keep it out of home. This is Sanctuary to get away from all the wild stuff .lolol. Every guy here is straight except me.. i prefer straight roomies..no offense to anyone intended.. ill explain more at interview. Everyones under 35 except me and either a student, hospitality worker, hospital worker in the downtown area and want a safe quiet home to rest up or study in. On street parking is available but i give Priority to those who do not need parking. 420 friendly just not excessive. Open minded here so tell me your story and we can go from there.
