Great way to save..Discounts only available on monthly rental. 1 unit open with its own full kitchen. Unique home which use to be a Large apartment building, just 5 blocks to central avenue and the downtown on the waterfront, that ive renovated into a single family 6 bed 9 bath 5 kitchens home with the privacy feel of an apartment building with separate entrances to all rooms. Owner is a single gay man who lives on site and is looking for a Str8 man “35 OR UNDER” who wants to live and work in the Downtown area. Reason i want str8 guys is so that theres no sexual tension between me and my roommates. No offense ment to anyone,I am gay but all my friends are straight and i dont live a typical gay lifestyle nor do i really look or act the part nor let it define me. ***I rent month to month but looking for long term minded roomies.. Every room has its own bathroom and some have full kitchens and 1 has a kitchenette- Its mainly for someone that doesn’t cook alot and its priced 100$ below the other rooms. Skylights in all rooms.. Totally furnished. Internet and cable available but you will need your own Roku or connection device. Its a very unique home.. Wood floors, Claw foot tubs with showers. Rents run from $875-$975 based on size and amenities and are furnished and include utilities. You will need to get your own TV but i have 1 to lend just in case you need to save to get one. Bikes are available to borrow as well but are limited. I really dont like sending pictures of my places (so if your window shopping you may not be happy with my ad lol) but you can preview them/or whats available, and go over the roommate rental agreement too all before exchanging any money. I do own the building and live here and extremely easy to get along with. Its not a party pad and we dont hang out together .Everyone loves there privacy. Im a single guy with no family so my friends and roomies are basically family to me.. Straight guys under 30 are who i prefer as roomies..Carpenters helpers are awesome..lol

About the roomies
Very quiet and secure building in the True 5 block square area of downtown St Petersburg. Everyone loves living here because theres no in and out traffic and were all introverts and no one hangs out together so if your a person who always has to have someone entertaining you you will not like it here. We all do party but keep it out of home. This is Sanctuary to get away from all the wild stuff .lolol. Every guy here is straight except me.. i prefer straight roomies..no offense to anyone intended.. ill explain more at interview. Everyones under 35 except me and either a student, hospitality worker, hospital worker in the downtown area and want a safe quiet home to rest up or study in. On street parking is available but i give Priority to those who do not need parking. 420 friendly just not excessive. Open minded here so tell me your story and we can go from there. All info about roomies is kept extremely private by me. Skatepark is just a block away . Boarder,cyclist and tatts are awesome😊. There are some restrictions on guests.. but exceptions can be made by the owner/Me..ill explain more during interview.
