Affordable Living: The room is available for $900 a month, plus utilities, which are divided among the five housemates—making your share just 1/5 of the total cost. It’s a great deal for all the amenities and space you’ll enjoy! 💰🏠
Jared - 41 yr old male. Home owner. I currently live in a different town and I’m not at the house that much. The master bedroom is also available. If you’re interested in the master bedroom, Let me know.
Nancy: 69 yr old female. Mother of the home owner (me). Retired and spends her time assisting with the household duties and maintaining the hot tub. She spends time reading, watching tv, gardening, and is 420 friendly. I may be biased, but she is easy to get along with.
Jodi - 69 yr old female. Retired. She has an older dog, Meesha, who is her travel buddy and goes with her many places. She enjoys spending time with family, cleaning around the house, beep-boppin around the neighborhood, and cracking wise jokes. Jodi is the longest tenured person living in this house and this is largely because she is very easy to live with.
Nova - 19 yr old male. Nova is the newest member of the house and he works the graveyard shift at Pendleton. He is kind, clean, and easy to get along with. He even bought donuts for the roommates. Donuts for the win!
