It’s a 2-story 4 bedroom, 3 bath house that is 2350 sq ft. You will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom. There is a theater room w/ a 90“ screen that is available for use and you’ll have access to the common areas. The home is closely located to Camas Meadows golf course and local dining/shopping.

The room is currently unoccupied, unfurnished and is 11’ 8“ X 10’ 9“

You will live with the home owner (40 M), his 68 yr old mother, and a 67 year old retired female and her medium sized dog.

We are very easy going, fun and tidy. Don’t let our age fool you, we know how to have a good time. Shared cleaning of the common areas is expected.
