Welcome to our 2,500 sq ft home, offering a peaceful upstairs bedroom with a beautiful mountain view. This room is connected to a shared loft space two exercise bikes and inverted machine for exercise; and includes access to a full upstairs shared bathroom that is stocked with cleaners, toiletries, as an initial supply. Thereafter, one month you provide your own. For added convenience, a mini refrigerator with freezer is located in the loft and reserved exclusively for 2 bedrooms numbers 1 & 2.
The home features a large, well-equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodates 3 plus people for meal prep and cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with seating 6 plus. In the kitchen is two bar stools overlooking the kitchen counter—perfect for casual meals or conversation.
Outside, enjoy a spacious backyard and a private driveway for 1 car. Our security video cameras extend to the driveway and extend across the streets, providing coverage from the front door all the way to the street, as well as the backyard for added peace of mind. You have keyless access entry to the front door with a 4-digit access code.
We share our home with two friendly American Bully service dogs who support our veteran husband. They are kept in their cages overnight and spend time outdoors when weather permits. Their cages are located near the sliding back door and are cleaned daily (swept, vacuumed, and mopped). The dogs are not allowed to roam freely indoors—only on special occasions, and always leashed and supervised on the first floor. They are never permitted on the upstairs carpet.
This is a respectful, well-maintained household, and we welcome guests who appreciate a clean, organized, and secure environment.
Landlord is also 5 Star Super Host for 3 years with Airbnb and can rent through Airbnb with 28 days or more scheduled
There are 4 females ages 12 to 70 & 3 males ages 40 to 80. The bathrooms upstairs would be shared with an active senior couple who are very clean and one is a mobile chef. As the landlords we live in own home, and we operate our two businesses with property management and remote work with our family members.
