One bedroom shared bathroom available August 1st or 15th, 2026. In addition, another bedroom will be available with a semi-private bathroom downstairs next to it. Our home, cozy, and a comfortable shared living home with mountain view! Security video cameras in the front and back with keyless entry and 24-hour security integrated with Brinks security system & Ring app. Located in the gorgeous area of North Las Vegas, NV, near Camino El Norte (same as Martin Luther King Blvd., which changes at Craig Road) & Washburn Road. Spacious, private, nice-sized one-bedroom (s) on the second floor (upstairs). The top floor has actually four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a double door refrigerator and freezer. All bedrooms have a limit of 2-adultd per bedroom. The downstairs & upstairs bedrooms have shared bathroom with a shower & tub. There is a shared large-size family downstairs and living room both with TVs, and a large Kitchen (2 - 3 people can be in the kitchen simultaneously).

Full-size washer and dryer, closets have sliding doors, shelving, and large backyard. We have a diverse mix of roommates of all ages under 18 to 80 and active with their own businesses.

We are located 1-mile from EOS fitness center, Planet Fitness, Grocery Stores, High Brand Retail (Las Vegas Premium North Outlets), Clothing Department Stores, a variety of parks (Craig Ranch Regional Park), VA Hospital, and an enormous amount of restaurants and entertainment spots. Near 215, 15, and 95. Only minutes from local hotel & casino resorts. Near the 105 bus stop.

All four roommates are 2-males (ages 6 yrs old to 86)and 7-females (ages 12 yrs to 80 yrs old). They are quiet, laid-back, and busy with life and in school. There are two dogs (pure-breed puppies and a male, an American bully), and they sleep inside their cages. They’re outside, playing in a large backyard, walking, or traveling. with the owner.
