The house has three living rooms (two with TVs and one without that has lots of windows and a fireplace), a kitchen dining area, another dining room, a laundry room, and a large kitchen with filtered water and ice maker, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen cabinet space. We also have a renovated patio with a pool. There’s a small garage we converted into a gym with a mini-a/c (so far we have a rowing machine, pull-up bar, mats, and a few free weights). This house is on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of easy parking in front of and to the side of the house.
3-month initial rental period, after that you have month-to-month flexibility with 30 days notice. Quiet, safe neighborhood and a short drive to 75 and George Bush highway to get around the Dallas area, and also a short trip to the Spring Creek Nature area. No other pets or indoor smokers, and only one person please, no couples or families renting a room together. Fixed utilities cost (electric, water, gas, trash, pest control, etc.) is $150. Working couple in early 30’s with no kids, just two friendly cats. One of us works in information security and the other is an electrical engineer. We keep to ourselves, but we go to concerts and play board games and wouldn’t mind company if you have similar interests. There are two other young professionals renting who are friendly and respectful as well. All bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house from each other, so there’s plenty of privacy.
