The paved driveway extends past a manually opening front gate that allows for secure parking inside for up to two normal-sized vehicles. Parking is covered on top in the area past the gate as well. Parking is also allowed on the neighborhood street in front of the houses.
Renters pays for utilities. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house.
One small to medium non-aggressive pet permitted, with certain limits on breeds and species. Renter must clean pet waste regularly to keep the home safe and clean, including the inside as well as the yards, and should pick up after their pet when walking them in the neighborhood.
