Hi! I am looking for a kind, emotionally mature housemate to share my beautiful home with me and my roommate. We are two females but we are open to any gender just as long as you are chill and clean.
The home has beautiful natural light and expansive, unobstructed views. The bedroom feature large windows with stunning mountain and park vistas. Quiet neighborhood next to a rec center, with quick access to trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and a local bar. The Room can be furnished or unfurnished ( currently it has a King Size Bed in it)
What’s Included: Private bedroom Shared full bathroom with 1 roommate Shared access to kitchen, laundry, living area, and small yard Optional garage parking: $100/month
Current Pets in home: 1 small dog; 1 medium dog; ( easy going and loving) + 2 mostly-outdoor cats live in the home (no additional pets allowed). The house is kept exceptionally clean and low-fur and low-allergen.
Vibe: Clean, calm, welcoming, sanctuary, non-party, emotionally mature.
Lease Term: Inital 6 month lease with option to extend into long-term if it’s a good fit for everyone)
