Hola! I am looking for a friendly, emotionally mature housemate to share my beautiful home with me and my roommate. We are two females but we are open to any gender, as long as you are chill and clean.

The home has beautiful natural light and mountain views. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to a rec center, directly across from a park, walkable to trails, the lake, coffee shops, restaurants, and a local bar. The room can be furnished or unfurnished ( currently it has a king size bed)

What’s Included: Private bedroom Shared full bathroom with 1 roommate. Shared access to kitchen, laundry, living area, and small yard. Optional garage parking: $100/month

Current Pets in home: 1 small dog; 1 medium dog; ( easy going and loving) +2 mostly-outdoor cats live in the home (no additional pets allowed, sorry). The house is kept exceptionally clean and low-fur and low-allergen.

Lease Term: Initial 9 month lease with option to extend 3-6 months if its good fit for everyone)

Hello! my name is Nicholina, I currently work from home I am a younger empty nester. I am a lot like my dog we are friendly and welcoming, we love to say hello to people and we are pretty chill and do our own thing together ( either reading on the deck, or out walking and hiking). Now that I have time to discover me, I am learning to play chess, how to make clothes, how to make my yard look amazing, how to lift weights, finally become fluent in Spanish! My philosophy on roommates is, if you want to keep to yourself great! If you want to say hi occasionally, get a drink and eat a meal once in a awhile, great! I like when people are considerate and look out for one another. If I know someone is sleeping I try to hard to be quiet, if you are running late I’ll occasionally do your dishes because I am already there. The other roommate is Kayla, she is very chill, and friendly as well. She works full-time out of the house, has a lot of hobbies, and keeps mostly to herself.
