Hey folks! My roommate is moving out in Southern California! This means either I move, or find someone to reside with. I’m paying around 1350 for a 2 bedroom apartment in Barstow California, specifically 1111 Barstow Rd Apt C. That’s without ultilities, so with those included and split 50/50 it’s about $800 a month, or without ulitilies 680 split with me! It’s lowers depending on the season, though. The other bedroom I’m looking to rent out has an attached bathroom and is the “master” bedroom of the place. Animals allowed, water included in the rent! And I qualify for the CARE discount so bills are lil’ cheaper.
My name’s Eric Shehorn, I’m 38, and I’ve been an college student for awhile now. I just finished up at Barstow Community College and now I am attending CSU Stanislaus. I love attending conventions of all kinds with my friends out-of-town with my friends and partner. Everyone I know tends to live outside of Barstow, and my last roommate was a great friend who ended up leaving to Hollywood with his fiance so it’s just me out here now.
