Its a four bedroom, two bathroom home, with a large backyard. It’s in the suburbs, and in a somewhat quiet area off of Gerber Rd. It recently had work done since October, with new Marble Countertops and lights, in the kitchen and in the shared bathroom.

There’s two bedrooms available that are roughly the same size, they share a hallway bathroom. (There’s a private bathroom for the master bedroom)

So, we’re looking to rent out a bedroom to help with rent and bills! Rent is separate from bills / so we end up paying/splitting for water, gas, electric, and internet. (We’ve got Xfinity Fiber.) It’s usually not more than $250ish, though we haven’t lived here in the summer yet! Only real requirements are not being too loud, and letting folks know if you’re having anyone over.

There’s two of us, both prior friends and roommates from Barstow, CA. Both of us are in are late thirties, one of us works at as a lab tech in Davis, and I’m a gender studies major at CSU Stanislaus.

We’re both pretty mellow nerds, LGBTQIA+ friendly/supportive and 420 friendly. Oh and we got a tiny doggo too, named Syrup.

You can usually find us off on our own doing something on our PC’s, watching more One Piece, playing TF2 or making some food together. Sometimes we volunteer at anime and game conventions around SoCal! We recently moved to Sacramento so it’s been wonderful to get to visit so many new places for food, like 99 Ranch Market, Poke House and COSTCO (I’ve got a membership, and its right around the corner too!)
