There are four rooms in the apartment. Private rooms with digital door locks. All rooms includes Bed & Mattress, Dresser, Desk, Chair, Smart TV, and dorm room size refrigerator. You will need your bed sheets, no maid on site so you will have to clean up behind yourself. $225 move in fee that includes the background check is required. Rent due on the 1st of every month! Month to Month stay only. No hoarding, no room for storage of additional items; everything needs to be in your room. One person occupany per room, no couples, no overnight guest, no smoking inside apartment, no parties. Offering just a clean, comfortable, secure, and safe place to live. Larger room is rear bedroom, queen size bed at $750. Smaller bedroom ($650) has twin size bed, no window, interior room. Must have proof of income, criminal background check required, no prior evictions, ALL will be verified.

Quiet roomies, quiet stay, one person per room; total of four male roommates. Mature People only, no parities, no overnight guest, no smoking, no pets (don’t ask). Must be clean, there is no maid so everyone has to clean up behind themselves. Good hygiene also required, funky nasty smelling guys will not be renewed the next month.
