Total of 4 persons in apartment, one person per room only. Utilities and basic Wifi included. Window A/C unit. Plenty of street parking, close to 69th street bus, 71st Bus, Redline station (3 blocks away). One person per room, no smoking, no pets. First floor apartment, however there are about 8 steps to walk up. Coin operated laundry in basement of building. You must bring your own bedding. Again, this is a room for rent only, not the entire apartment.
About the roomies
Current Occupants are a mix of young, middle age, and elder. Mature occupants looking for additional mature person, no parties, no late night music, respectfull to all tenants. Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am. No maid on site, everyone must clean up behind themselves.
