Suitable for Serious Students…( close to UNC-G, Elon Law School, and Guilford College ), or Post-Grad Working Professional. Age is not an issue, Attitudes are. UNC-G Alumna. Older Working Professionals are a great fit also.

*Apt size fridge in your room for privacy. Bath adjacent to room is cleaned daily. Light Kitchen use. Washer/Dryer use is limited to 2-3 loads per week, and must be checked by me when you are loading and running. Or you can do the laundromat thing (This is due to abuse by guests)

**There is not always a 3rd person. Sometimes it will be just be 2, meaning you will have the adjacent bath to yourself. I work a lot, am very busy, keep to myself, and am friendly and kind.
Super respectful of normal sleep and wake times, and need the same, with a compatible housemate.
You help keep clean, all the areas you use. 1 indoor-outdoor, young, hypoallergenic, cat in residence.
I stay healthy by maintaining respectable distance indoors, and respectful of what goes into my body and mind.
