Looking for a clean, busy, happy individual, that works, or goes to school, out of the house, preferably first shift

A kind person who sleeps and wakes at normal hours, and craves tranquility, and good energy when home.
Will consider a 3rd shift worker, if the work schedule
is always the same.

UNC-G Alum and resident, progressive female owner, whose children have grown, and have moved on to their adult lives. Very kind, clean, but super-busy. Non-intrusive, and looking for the same.

1 young, indoor-outdoor feline in residence also, very clean, loving, sweet, and hypoallergenic breed.

( No smell and non-shedding. He has his own entry and exit )

When the 2nd bath is shared with 1 other, it is cleaned on a daily basis, to avoid issues with sharing and cleanliness, and deep-cleaned as necessary.
