This quiet, tranquil home will serve as everything that you need. The relaxed atmosphere has a space to cook as well as pots and pans that I provide along with cooking utensils, cutlery, bowls, and plates. A microwave and a coffee maker fill the morning air with the smell of a fresh pot, free to anyone who would like to partake. The house is regularly cleaned from top to bottom, with a spacious shared bathroom to match. The house is climate-controlled to help you relax after a long day. No laundry include. And we don’t accept pets and people who are using any kind of drugs, marihuana, cannabis, or smokers.
I am a nice and quiet person. All of the residents keep to themselves more or less. They are very friendly while respecting personal space. Most of the folks that reside here are usually at work during the day. Each roomie is also very considerate in an effort to help keep the calm ambiance. We do not host parties but an occasional breakfast, lunch, or dinner between us roommates. And we don’t accept pets and people who are using any kind of drugs, marihuana, cannabis, or smokers.
