Quiet and luxuriously designed private house, the room is on a separate 1200 sqft floor which gives tenant full privacy. The tenant will have access to the kitchen, laundry, backyard which has a large patio and dedicated BBQ area, includes parking space in a shared driveway. The property is a 7 minute drive to the White Plains downtown area, central avenue, Ardsley, Saw Mill and Sprain Brook pkwy, conveniently located close to transportation, shopping malls and restaurants. The room includes a bed and 3 closet spaces. Computer desk and TV stand with 55inch TV. The move-in date is flexible.

There is an additional $50/month fee for cleaning service that cleans the whole house every two weeks.

I am an employee of a tech company. I’m an extremely clean, organized, careful and respectful person. I clean the house often and I’m definitely looking for roommates that will maintain a clean space. No pets and no smoking in the house, I don’t mind if you smoke outside as long as you clean after yourself. I am a male. Males and females are welcome to apply.
