The room has a dedicated entrance, the tenant will have access to the laundry room, backyard which has a large patio and dedicated BBQ area, includes parking space in a shared driveway. The property is a 7 minute drive to the White Plains downtown area, central avenue, Ardsley, Saw Mill and Sprain Brook pkwy, conveniently located close to transportation, shopping malls and restaurants. The room includes a bed, computer desk and chair as well as a walk in closet and cabinets. The move-in date is flexible. Please note this room won’t be available until November 30th.

I am an employee of a tech company. I’m an extremely clean, organized, careful and respectful person. I clean the house often and I’m definitely looking for roommates that will maintain a clean space.
