Mi Casa es su Casa, Kid friendly house share Hello We are renting a room in our 5 bed 3 bath house in Salem Kaiser area. It is over 2k Sq ft inside. It is a 2 story house, and we plan on renting 2-3 rooms on the main floor. The room itself is around 12x12. It has a large shared living room, Kitchen, dining room area, outside patio seating, and semi private bathroom. The area is close the the Fair grounds and other shops and grocery stores are nearby.

We are educated professionals and College graduates who enjoy occasional hanging outs, meals, movie nights, paint nights, board games, video games, drinks, going biking, events, hiking, and exploring around. We cook and all help keep the kitchen clean and presentable. We follow a chores list to keep each other accountable, and encourage friendly communication. We have a small Shiba Inu dog, he is very friendly and might always want to say hi and want attention from you. Pet friendly is important. We have kids who live with us every other weekend and sometimes holidays. We will ask for a background check.
