I am a single part time (every other weekend) Dad with 2 well behaved 4&6 Y/O.

I have 2 Rooms for Rent available I could furnish one of the rest if needed.

2. Available now, medium size 10x11 first floor, next to semi private entrance (back door) hardwood floors. Also bright and sunny. Rent is $750 plus shared utilities.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 shared Bathrooms. It is a 2 story house with a large multi use basement. We have a small garden space, Washer and Dryer, dishwasher, and bike storage area! But best part is the big covered porch in front and backyard patio as well.

It is close to everything you need.

It is located in the Alberta Arts/Sabin area. Nice area, near lots of parks, stores, and unique shops, bars and great places to eat!! All within walking distance. We are about a mile from llyod center, and about 2 miles from downtown. Pdx Airport is 3.5 miles away. The bus stop 8 across the street will take you downtown, and connect you everywhere. Interstate max is 2 Miles.

We are educated professionals and College students who enjoy hanging out, occasional meals, movie nights, board games, video games, drinks, going biking, to events, hiking, exploring around Portland and surrounding areas. We cook and all help keep the kitchen clean and presentable.
