It has a mural of MT Hood on one wall. It is practically airb&B ready. Rent is $825/month plus shared utilities Move in fees are; First months rent, last months rent, + $250 deposit. Single occupancy only

🏡 The House 5BR / 2BA, 2 stories + large multi use basement and covered front porch, back porch w. Private back yard. We have Garden area, bike storage, washer/dryer, dishwasher. All appliances plates silverware pots and pans.

Se are Located in Alberta Arts/Sabin (walkable to parks, shops, cafes, and bars)

Transit: Bus #8 across the street, #24 & #72 nearby, MAX ~2 miles
