2 shared ($350/mo) and private ($500/mo) female student room available! The shared room has a twin sized bed, and the private room has a full sized bed. There is a firepit with firewood in the back as well. Washer and dryer are NOT coin operated. There is also a giant cherry tree that produces the best cherries ever. Even if you don’t like cherries very much, you will still love these ones!
The house is across the street from the P.E. building, which also has outdoor pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor volleyball courts, a gym, track, racquetball courts, pool, etc.
You will be paying a deposit, then $350/mo for the shared or $500/mo for the private + 1/7 of the gas and electric bill.
You can sign a contract for Spring or Spring/Summer semester!
Current female students are from the USA and from Nepal. All are students at SUU.
