Located across the street from the SUU P.E. building! No need to waste money on gas driving to school and fighting for parking when you live across the street from campus! Just walk across the street to go to an indoor track, gym, basketball courts, etc. They also have outdoor pickleball and volleyball courts too!
Private and shared rooms available between $500 - $550. Biological female only. Room come furnished with a bed frame and twin sized memory foam mattress. New furnace / air conditioning so it’s always warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Laundry doesn’t require coins. Full sized refrigerators for plenty of space.
For warmer months there is an outdoor lounge area and firepit in the backyard, but they can be used year round!
Contracts can be for Summer only, Summer/Fall/Spring, or just Fall/Spring. Discounts if you do Summer/Fall/Spring or just Summer though.

There are 8 total students in this house. Most are usually from the USA. There are a few open rooms but currently all students are from the USA.
