I have a 3100 square-foot home in Murrieta, California with a furnished bedroom available to rent starting December 1st.
This is for a single person only. No couples and no pets. We have had great luck renting in the past with traveling nurses, medical students, flight students (as we are close to the French Valley Airport), and Golf Students (we are just 8 miles from the Golf School in Temecula). I have a bedroom downstairs for $975 a month. It has a full size bed, a night stand, a dresser and a closet. It also has a bathroom attached.
I am looking for 1 roommate only. My 19 year old son usually stays with his dad during the week and comes to my house on the weekends.
Absolutely No pets, no smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. Utilities included in rent. We have a pool in the backyard and a jacuzzi- jacuzzi is extra cost towards gas bill if used.
Plenty of street parking available.
I am a single mom and I work as a flight attendant- so I am not home very often. My 19 year old son is usually only home on weekends and holidays.
